Metanoia Sound Experience
With the DJ booth surrounded by everyone laying or sitting on cushions the euphoric sonic journey provided becomes eclectic, psychedelic, heartfelt, and stays under 110 beats per minute.
Guided Meditation & Breathwork
Your breath brings oxygen into your body so that you can thrive. When you are physically or emotionally stressed, it affects how you breathe. Breathwork helps to calm your stress and bring balance to your body.
Sound Healing
A sonic meditative experience produced by various healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
Journal Prompts & Tarot/Oracle Deck Readings
Simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. What are next month's intentions? The next six months? The next year? A reading can be seen as a tool for self-reflection & personal insight, to explore one's thoughts and feelings on a deeper level, leading one to becoming the best version of themselves.
TRANSFORMATIONAL HEALING JOURNEY
The Kogui, meaning "jaguar" in the Kogui language, are an indigenous group that resides in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains in northern Colombia. Their culture has continued since the Pre-Columbian era.

The Amazing Team of Metanoia Retreats
Samantha
Samantha is an astrologer, intuitive guide, and ceremonialist dedicated to the personal and collective healing of people and planet. Her offerings center around empowering one’s own unique journey and nature within the context of our human cycles and rhythms of nature. Who are we here to be, and how can we work best with the precious time we are given? Through her 15 year path of study in a variety of modalities, she seeks to help herself and others best answer these questions. She is a Reiki III practitioner since 2018 and has been studying ceremonial arts and the Mayan Cosmovision with her teachers in Guatemala since 2022.
Kiki
A mechanical engineer by trade, Kiki evolved into a wellness practitioner due to her desire to understand the human body and mind on a biodynamic level. Throughout time spent living in New York, Boston and Los Angeles, she has developed her practice over the past decade to what it is today. She loves to travel and continue to learn, integrating along the way. Kiki's dedication to yoga and meditation sprouts from her passion of enhancing one’s well-being, transcending time and suffering; starting with her own life experience and journey of health and love. With intention to weave in sweetness to the everyday happenings of life, Kiki hopes to have an impact on the lives of many through her yoga and sound experiences.
Michael
Southern California native, current digital nomad DJ and event organizer, Michael (Maikol) continues to help curate experiences for others to help them be reminded what makes life worth living for and this retreat endeavor is the culmination of his life experience thus far! Regardless of where he is in the world, he's a true purveyor of sound vibrations and lover of a wide variety of music, which informs the Metanoia Sound Experience sonic journey. Finding ways to get himself and the people in his community out of our "loops", usually somewhere away in nature, is what he has always strived for in one form or another.
